Reflective Education offers high-quality, bespoke CPD that works alongside teachers and school staff to strengthen classroom practice through small, purposeful tweaks to what already happens in lessons. This is not another curriculum that adds to workload, but an educational approach that enhances how pupils think, feel and respond within the normal rhythms of school life.

Our CPD provides practical, school-specific strategies to embed reflective thinking, values, awe and curiosity into everyday teaching supporting emotional regulation, behaviour and personal development alongside academic learning. We also offer individual and group coaching, shaped around each school’s context, helping staff feel confident, validated and supported as they develop calm, reflective classroom cultures where learning and wellbeing work together.
